My project will aim to help young adults and adults to change their lives, by learning and discovering about themselves, being in nature, life coaching and adventure life coach, healthy food, exercising, and being open to coming out of their comfort zone, to the unknown, the space for creating and growing and find meaning and purpose in life!
By doing some outside garden building, growing vegetables, being creative with ideas for the space, and finishing the greenhouse for this winter we can grow our seeds.....
Start the day with a good breakfast and energy exercise, then work on the farm from 9-13, lunch, and daily plan the rest of the day.....sometimes only them at the farm until end of this year.
This a place for creativity and adventure, there are so much to do, trekking trails around the farm in nature from 5km to 15km, Tagus river for kayaking, salines Rio Maior 30m away, the amazing caves at 30km, Óbitos Castle at 20km....so much also near by.....

The time at the Quinta was great! Jorge is a very gentile and generous person. We had good talks at the fireplace! Also, he put a lot of trust in me, so I felt very welcomed and appreciated.
I helped with some stuff in the house, without a very certain schedule which was great. So, I was able to find my own pace and routine during my stay. Next to the tasks in and around the house I found enough time to finish my own little project. I built a new path from the front yard to the greenhouse almost all by myself.
The house is amazing and surrounded by pure nature, which let yourself to get rest of the busy world!
I also had some great insights about my inner world, even after the little amount of time. I wish I could stay longer than the two weeks I spent there, but my time in Portugal was over!
Definite recommendation!

Jorge is a trustworthy and sympathetic man. I felt safe and welcome and he was interested, that I have a good time here. And yes, I realy had a good time working and eating together with him and other wwoofer and on my own. We had good discussions about life and I learned a lot. And at work he trusted in me, that I'm doing a good job when he is not here, as we discussed in advance, and he gave me the freedom to bring my own ideas, how and what I could work around the house. I was realy motivated and had fun and was proud, about what the other woofers and I have achieved. It is a realy nice and calm place, we cooked delicious food and I slept very good in this wonderful house. Thanks a lot, Jorge!
If I have time, I realy like to come back to see, how your vision of a beautiful place here is manifested.
