🌳☀️ Enchanted Garden & Portuguese Farmhouse Project ☀️🌳
A peaceful countryside project focused on permaculture, self-sufficiency, food sovereignty, organic gardening, and simple living.
This is a small adaptive learning environment where people learn quickly, take ownership, and participate in real daily life. The project is designed as a living model for cyclic systems, regenerative gardening, creativity, and personal transformation through connection with nature and meaningful work.
Now entering our third year, the project is beginning to mature beautifully.
Over the past 2 years we have welcomed more than 25 WWOOFers and volunteers from around the world, helping shape the gardens, spaces, systems, and community spirit that continue to grow here.

🔥☀️ June Update ☀️🔥
Exciting new developments:

We’ve opened a small jazz bar / café lounge space connected to the project.
New opportunities now include:

* helping in the kitchen
* café/lounge support

---
🌱🌳 New Raw Living Garden Project 🌳🌱
We have also opened a second nearby project surrounded by nature.
This new experimental space focuses on:

* deeper connection with nature
So now there are **two evolving projects** growing side by side.

This was my first WWOOFing experience and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better introduction into this way of travelling and living.
I came here at a point in my life where I really needed a break and a reset and in less than a week of my two week stay I already wasn’t ready to leave.
If you’re looking to learn new things, feel welcomed like family and meet amazing people you probably wouldn’t normally cross paths with then this is the place for you. Every day was different in the best way. There was always something new happening and no day felt the same.
The cats are also so fun to be around and became such a lovely part of everyday life. There are beautiful trails for running and walking and the town itself is stunning.
Being there for the opening of the jazz cafe and getting to be one of the first people to experience it made the whole stay feel even more special. We went to incredible beaches, discovered an amazing waterfall and had so many moments that reminded me how much joy there is in slowing down and living more simply.
The world really feels like your oyster here and this experience reignited something in me. It reminded me how much I value a slower pace of life and how much I want more of that.
Even though I have a lot of different WWOOFing locations ahead of me I already know I’ll be back to Moxci’s Garden. It’s taken a big piece of my heart.
I’m forever grateful to Moxci for everything. Throughout my stay he became so many things at different ti...

I spent almost two weeks with Moxci and had a wonderful time filled with many new experiences and adventures. Every day was different, with new tasks and free time activities. I always enjoyed the tasks because I realized that I could be part of a process. Moxci is a kind-hearted person who cares deeply about the well-being of those around him. All in all, I had a wonderful time with fulfilling work, very (!!) good food, trips to the beach, cozy fires and nice people around me, it felt like a family.
Unfortunately, the days went by way too fast.
Thank you so much Moxci, Lisa, and Claudia

What a beautiful experience in so many levels! Moxi's project represents so much more than a permaculture/farm experience - it's an opportunity to ground and to melt into a little bubble of kindness where you'll be able to connect with nature as much as with yourself and your creativity.
Moxi's garden is a safe place for anyone looking to find empowerment through working with your hands, exploring different activities and tools with the support, knowledge and patience of Moxi's guidance.
I stayed at the Cottage for 2 weeks, most of which shared with 3 lovely wwoofers, together with Moxi and Lisa and we lived like a big family. During the rainy days the main mission was keeping the fire going and sharing incredible (I repeat, incredible!!) meals around the table. During these two weeks there were a few ongoing projects: collecting firewood; digging through a pile of soil and stones; creating a stone wall; lime layering the clay pizza oven; building doors for a studio... - it never gets boring. Plus, Moxi cares the most for everyone's individual passions/goals and well being so the tasks and schedules can be very flexible.
Besides all of this there was all of the extra fun: day trips, pizza nights, drum jams, great chats, bonfires under the stars, free education on varied topics and good solo time too for the balance! Hopefully you'll get to meet Druv!
If you're reading this comment section to help you make a decision... I say: do it! You won't regret it!
Much love,
Mati x

We spent eleven wonderful days at Moxcis beautiful little paradise ! Though we definitely recommend spending more time there.
Clearing out the pile of stones and clay, levelling the ground for the dance and fire area and finishing on the last day by building a stonewall was super fulfilling and we were happy to shape this beautiful area.
Moxci explains everything very well and creates a relaxed working atmosphere, which makes the work so fun!
Living together with Moxci, Lisa Sofia and Mati, the other wwoofer, was a real blessing. Days were filled with fun conversations, the most delicious food, cooking, evenings by the fire and pizza nights.
We’ll never forget the days we spent at the sea, the concert and spending time together on the road in a car full of people. Thank you so much Moxci for taking us to those beautiful places and being the generous and kind person you are!
See you again, Emily, Karla and Josefa🌞

Our stay on the farm was just unforgettable!
Lisa and Moxci are incredibly kind, open, and helpful people who make you feel at home right away.
The work was varied, the food was amazing (really the best ever!), and the atmosphere was super relaxed.
We learned so much, from gardening and building a pizza oven to living more mindfully in nature and gaining some beautiful life insights.
If you’re looking for real farm life, lovely people, and good conversations, this is the perfect place.
Thank you for this wonderful time, we’d come back!
In love,
Lucy & Michelle 💐❤️
