Quinta com produção regenerativa de cânhamo, frutas e legumes biológicos

Olá WWOOFers, meu nome é Rainer, tenho 33 anos e nasci na Áustria. Estou produzindo cânhamo com práticas regenerativas junto com legumes e frutas num terreno Off-Grid perto das praias de Ericeira. Vivo aqui com minha namorada, minha irmã, dois gatos e galinhas.
Tarefas para WWOOFers:
Em geral trabalhamos 5 horas por dia, 5 dias por semana.
Começando o dia as 8:00 e acabamos pelas 13:30. Fazemos uma pausa para café de manhã e almoçamos depois do trabalho.
As tarefas variam, dependendo da época. Aqui alguns exemplos:
Ajudar na preparação da área de cultivo, semear, transplantar regar e cuidar das plantas e ávores. Limpeza da floresta e colheita de matéria orgânica para compostagem.
Cuidar dos animais.
Ajudar em construções naturais.
Boa condição física e motivação é favorável para poder concluir as tarefas e manter um bom fluxo, mas dependendo de cada pessoa também temos atividades mais suaves como a poda de flores de cânhamo por exemplo.
Comida:
Fazemos comida simples, principalmente legumes da própria horta com cereais e feijão. Geralmente almoçamos juntos e cada um tem a possibilidade de cozinhar numa cozinha comun.
Dormida:
Disponibilizámos uma tenda com colchão simples.
O casa de banho é banheiro de compostagem com duche.
Só pode usar sabonete natural.
Gosto muito de musica e culinária. Toco guitarra, piano e canto. Adoro surfar.

Regenerative Off-Grid Farm, producing hemp, fruits, vegetables, medicinal flowers and herbs.
My name is Rainer, I'm 33 years old and I grew up in Salzburg, Austria.
I've been living in Portugal for 8 years. In 2020 I started my own business, producing hemp with regenerative practices on a property close to the beaches of Ericeira.
I'm staying on the land together with my girlfriend, my sister, two cats and a few chickens.
Main activities will be based on helping out on the plantation and vary throughout the season. (Planting, weeding and watering). Pruning trees and trimming hemp flowers, gathering organic matter from the forest for mulch and composting. Also taking care of the animals and helping with natural buildings and structures.
Good physical condition and motivation is favorable to keep a good workflow but there are many tasks that don’t require any physical strength.
We offer the food from the garden and usually share at least a meal per day. Mostly simple vegetarian food.
Everyone has the possibility to cook and use the shared kitchen.
We offer a tent with a mattress to sleep.
There is a shared bathroom with a compost toilet.
Only natural soaps are allowed as the grey water is used for watering trees.
I love music and jamming, playing guitar, piano and singing. I enjoy cooking and love surfing.
The closest beaches are about 30min walking distance from the farm and there is a bus connection to the center of ericeira.

I couldn’t ask for more to my first woofing!
Rainer is a very understanding, chill and kind person. His farm is a super calm and peaceful place to be. Great food as well.
We did some good work in my 1 week stay.
His sister and girlfriend are also lovely people.
Already missing the place and the people there. I want to come back!
